At Bureau Fris, we believe that really good market research is only possible if you can fully focus on the subject and don’t have to deal with facility management. Organizing the facility is even more challenging now in corona time than usual. We at Bureau Fris will gladly manage this for you. Not only do we use our tool Fris online to conduct online research, we have also developed a protocol that allows us to conduct research on location.
Research, online and at one and a half meters
Even during corona time we help organizations to carry out research. For example, since the urgent legislation at the beginning of March to stay indoors, we have used our tool Fris online to carry out research online. Besides our online tools we are now also ready for the one and a- half-meter physical society.
Protocol
We have developed a protocol that makes it possible to carry out on-site research again. Of course, we follow the guidelines of the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment. Safety and hygiene are top priority. For example; disinfectant wipes, bottles and disposable gloves are available everywhere – immediately upon arrival at the elevator, but also throughout the office. The entire office, from the waiting room to cloakroom, a distance of one and a half meters is ensured. Our interview rooms are filled with plexiglass to allow interviewer and participant to converse comfortably. If you have an end-client who would like to view the interview(s) we advise to use our own streaming service. You can see exactly how this all looks like in this video.

Thanks to these measures, our location in Amsterdam is open for single interviews, duos, and mini-group discussions (max 6 people).
