We tested the digital learning environment in Bureau Fris's UX Lab. The process was professional and seamless: excellent rooms and equipment, pleasant hosting and catering. Nomad Foods / Iglo presented us with a challenging, last-minute business case: Within four days, we invited six respondents for in-home interviews in Rotterdam. The group included various types of participants, such as vegetarians, flexitarians, and meat eaters. They purchased and prepared Iglo products. While the food was being prepared and cooked, the moderator and clients were present in the kitchen for the interview. The participants had an excellent experience.
