I have participated in research three times so far and found it enjoyable every time. My first study was about machines; a criticism I had back then was how annoying it is to have a black washing machine door that prevents you from looking inside. Since last week, I have a new machine with a BLACK door 😉

We tested the digital learning environment in Bureau Fris's UX Lab. The process was professional and seamless: excellent rooms and equipment, pleasant hosting and catering. The complex recruitment was no easy task, but the team handled it effectively from the start and surprised us with a great turnout and excellent respondents.

Nomad Foods / Iglo presented us with a challenging, last-minute business case: Within four days, we invited six respondents for in-home interviews in Rotterdam. The group included various types of participants, such as vegetarians, flexitarians, and meat eaters. They purchased and prepared Iglo products. While the food was being prepared and cooked, the moderator and clients were present in the kitchen for the interview. The participants had an excellent experience. And what was our client's feedback? Feedback from Becky (Nomad Foods / Iglo): Really great, thanks! They were short and sweet, but very insightful! Thanks for accommodating our needs and also for supplying a really diverse mix of consumers within the six. Great to stay connected for any future immersion needs….

Yesterday, I participated in an interview regarding the EU and the accession of new member states. It was an enjoyable experience. Together with 5 other interlocutors, it became clear that we were on the same wavelength regarding many topics.
