As a result, she not only listens carefully and probes further into the content, but is also highly attuned to the language and narratives respondents use to express their views. This enables her to ask subtle follow-up questions to really get to the heart of the matter. Sarah has extensive experience in setting up, conducting and reporting on focus groups and in-depth interviews, both in the public sector and for businesses.<br\/><br\/>   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She enjoys assignments involving complex or sensitive topics and target groups where friction may arise. Political and polarising topics suit her well, because it is precisely in these kinds of conversations that the focus is on building a connection with respondents and getting them to speak their minds.
